Sources & Methodology

How EvolveFit365 calculates your scores, the published guidance we use, and your medical disclaimer — all in one place.

How our scores work

The Optimality Score and Body Age are EvolveFit365's own scoring model, developed from over twenty years of professional personal training experience. They are not clinical or diagnostic measures, are not recognised medical assessments, and are calculated from data you record yourself. Body Age is a comparative indicator derived from self-recorded measurements, not a medical assessment of biological age.
